What you will do

  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations across 15+ countries to ensure timely and accurate preparation.
  • Perform payroll forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation with the financial general ledger.
  • Manage tax compliance, including the filing of quarterly and annual payroll tax reports and business registrations.
  • Administer the employee ESOP program and support the implementation of new equity management tools.
  • Manage payroll vendor relationships, establishing SLAs and KPIs to drive efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor costs, invoices, and queries.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Payroll with global exposure.
  • Knowledge of US, EMEA, and other international payroll processes.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Strong project management skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Must be based remotely in the UK, Ireland, Sweden, or Estonia

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
