What you will do

• Own critical product domain end-to-end, defining problem space, success metrics, roadmap, and execution strategy.
• Manage full product lifecycle from discovery, research, specifications, launch, to post-launch optimization.
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, data analysis, and field feedback to validate opportunities.
• Drive strategic initiatives enhancing detection speed, alert relevance, geospatial clarity, and workflow efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and operations for alignment.
• Monitor performance with quantitative and qualitative data, mentor team, and identify innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years product management experience with ownership of meaningful product area or platform component.
• Track record of launching impactful products from research to adoption.
• Strong strategic thinking, challenging assumptions with data and customer insight.
• Experience in ambiguous, fast-growing startup environments.
• Comfort presenting to executive leadership and strong customer discovery skills.
• High EQ, humility, empathy; technical fluency in geospatial data, AI detection, or alerting systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with geospatial, mapping, monitoring, observability, or alerting products.
• Building zero-to-one product initiatives or AI-powered/data-intensive platforms.
• Background in climate tech, public safety, gov tech, or mission-driven technology.
