What you will do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for connected AI-powered devices including edge hardware, firmware, and embedded systems.
• Lead end-to-end product development for new introductions from ideation through launch across hardware, software, AI, and operations.
• Define and prioritize firmware and device capabilities for performance, reliability, AI deployment, and real-time data intelligence.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to manage trade-offs in design, connectivity, and compute.
• Write product requirements documents and technical specs to align stakeholders and guide execution.
• Establish KPIs for device reliability, AI accuracy, uptime, and safety outcomes; drive go-to-market readiness.

Requirements

• 7+ years product management experience with strong background in IoT, connected hardware, or embedded systems at scale.
• Proven experience leading at least one hardware product from concept to high-volume production and iteration.
• Strong technical understanding of edge computing, connected devices, firmware, and cloud/mobile integrations.
• Experience with AI/ML-enabled products, ideally computer vision, telematics, or sensor-based systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous environments and influence executives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; data-driven mindset and customer empathy.
