What you will do

  • Own conversation quality by reviewing transcripts and calls across sales and CS to identify and resolve dead ends and tone issues.
  • Drive critical metrics including answer rate, conversion, and time to monetization through autonomous project ownership.
  • Design and execute experiments on prompts, messaging, and flows to optimize user interactions.
  • Utilize LLMs like Claude to surface patterns, draft prompts, and validate product hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to refine contact strategies (who to call, when, and why).
  • Extend the conversational AI assistant, Abby, into new digital products and partner journeys.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a focus on conversational AI, messaging, MarTech, or CRM.
  • Proven track record in A/B testing and experimental design to separate signal from noise.
  • Practical familiarity with LLMs, including prompt engineering and evaluation.
  • Data fluency with the ability to work directly in SQL and Looker.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong communication skills to distill complex patterns into actionable insights for engineering and leadership.

Nice to have

  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or other regulated industries.
  • Background in conversational design, UX writing, or CX operations.
  • Experience evaluating ML outputs to guide user flows.
  • Basic proficiency with Python or notebooks.
