What you will do
- Own end-to-end content operation workflow: assign workload, track timelines, manage partner agreements.
- Coordinate logistics for every content launch across writers, engineers, editors, and marketing; maintain release calendar.
- Identify and fix workflow inefficiencies; build scalable project management tooling and documentation.
- Drive external partnerships: outreach to talent, set up meetings, handle contracts and payments.
- Manage in-app content experience: ensure accuracy, positioning, and audience targeting; collaborate with data team on home screen optimization.
Requirements

- Strong communicator: write clearly, speak confidently, keep teams aligned proactively.
- Fast and resourceful: pick up new tools/processes quickly, leverage tech for efficiency.
- 1–3 years in project management, operations, or coordination; content/media/creative production experience a plus.
- Comfortable with AI tools (drafting, summarizing, automation); experience with ClickUp/Airtable preferred.
