What you will do

• Manage roadmapping, prioritization, and requirements for B2B, Brand, and Sports Partnerships to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate day-to-day project management for B2B marketing and partnership launches across internal and agency partners.
• Support annual planning, resourcing, and prioritization for Commercial and Partnerships teams.
• Implement and optimize intake processes and workflows for new requests across business units.
• Execute GTM plans for B2B sales, including paid media, sales enablement, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate workflows for athlete relationships, league partnerships, and co-branded activations.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project management with exposure to B2B marketing and brand partnerships.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional GTM projects.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com.
• Must be based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone or NYC.
• Experience working within a tech company or a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with sports marketing programs.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (CSM, SAFe).
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
