Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $220,000 – $240,000 USD base

What you will do

  • Own and exceed the WPP holding-company revenue target, including new business and expansion of existing investments.
  • Develop multi-year joint business plans with GroupM and key WPP units aligned with product priorities and brand portfolios.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of strategic, eight-figure deals including discovery, ideation, pitch, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Drive activation of the Genius product suite across CTV, programmatic, social, audio, and DOOH channels.
  • Build and manage senior executive relationships with CIOs and Heads of Strategy across the WPP ecosystem.
  • Lead and coach a small support team and coordinate cross-functional internal pods (Marketing, Product, Ad Ops, Legal).

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience selling advertising, ad-tech, or media to agencies.
  • Deep experience and existing senior relationships inside the WPP ecosystem (GroupM, Mindshare, Wavemaker, etc.).
  • Proven track record of landing and growing eight-figure annual partnerships at a global holdco.
  • Fluency in the modern media stack, including CTV, programmatic, and attention/measurement tools.
  • Strong operating discipline regarding forecast accuracy and CRM management (HubSpot or Salesforce).
  • Must be based in New York, NY.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience as a holding-company lead at a major sports, media, or ad-tech company.
  • Specialized background in CTV or outcomes-based media sales.
  • Experience selling sports media, sports data, or fan-engagement products specifically to WPP.
