Salary: $220,000 – $240,000 USD (annual base)

What you will do
- Own and exceed the Channel Partnerships revenue target, including new partner activations and expansion.
- Define the channel strategy, prioritizing partner categories such as DSPs, SSPs, CTV, and retail media.
- Personally lead strategic executive-level negotiations, deal structuring, and contracting.
- Translate the "Moments" framework into integration patterns and activation paths for partners.
- Hire and coach a high-performing team of 5–8 Partner Sales, BD, and Partner Managers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure flawless campaign execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, ad-tech, or media partnerships.
- 3+ years in a sales or BD leadership role carrying a team revenue number.
- Proven track record of personally closing seven- and eight-figure partnership deals.
- Deep fluency in the modern media stack: programmatic, CTV, social, identity, and data.
- Strong, current relationships across the platform ecosystem.
- Must be based in New York, NY as the company maintains an office-first hybrid culture.

- Experience selling sports media, sports data, or fan-engagement products.
- Existing relationships at major DSPs, CTV platforms, and retail media networks.
- Experience scaling a partner team from a small founding pod into a structured organization.
