Vice President, Marketing (Music): Strategic vision and execution of marketing campaigns across label’s roster from new talent to superstars with an accent on digital channels, fan engagement, and revenue maximization. Focus on leading social strategies, data-informed campaigns, platform partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration to drive discovery and sustained growth.

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Requires 4 days a week in the office

Pay range: $140,000 - $160,000

What you will do

• Oversee comprehensive marketing campaigns for releases across digital, social, retail, and media.
• Define artists' visual identity, voice, and brand positioning with artists and managers.
• Lead and mentor Marketing, Social, Audience, and Creative teams.
• Manage budgets and leverage data from streaming, social, and sales to optimize campaigns.
• Secure brand partnerships, experiential events, and maintain industry relationships.
• Drive social strategy, fan segmentation, discovery strategies, and campaign post-mortems.

Requirements

• Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada with 4 days/week in office required
• 10+ years in music marketing or entertainment in senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of streaming ecosystem, TikTok/short-form video, social platforms, and analytics.
• Strong data interpretation, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to pitch strategies to creative stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Passion for music, adaptability in fast-paced environment, and independent organization.
