Director Content Marketing (Fintech): Crafting overall vision, strategy, and execution for content marketing across B2B and B2C channels with an accent on driving sales, investor engagement, and new product launches. Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Hourly rate: $72–$98 (based on experience)

What you will do

• Provide strategic and creative leadership for content marketing from concept to execution and measurement.
• Lead teams developing content across channels and formats to drive sales, advisor engagement, and brand impact.
• Partner with Product and Sales leadership to align content strategy with business priorities.
• Develop long-term content marketing plans, execute strategies for B2B advisor and B2C wealth management channels.
• Build business cases, secure senior leader alignment, and manage budget for content initiatives.
• Present recommendations to executives and act as subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Current work authorization for Canada required.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in marketing or communications.
• 5+ years leading marketing functions and teams.
• B2B/B2C experience in asset/wealth management or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of financial services, wealth management, personal finance.
• Strong leadership, influencing, communication, project management skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual French (written and verbal).
• FinTech content creation experience.
