Location: Kitchener, Ontario (in-person from hirify.global office required)

Salary: $800–$1,150 CAD weekly

What you will do

• Work with Marketing team to design, develop, and implement web-based communication strategies
• Interface with Web Developers on site content, architecture, usability, maintenance, and updates
• Analyze website traffic and identify opportunities to optimize performance
• Support Marketing Automation with list management and campaign execution

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in post-secondary program (preference for official co-op), able to work 40 hours/week in-person from hirify.global office
• Understanding of digital marketing, web content delivery, and campaign management
• Strong written/oral communication skills for diverse audiences
• Knowledge of social media in B2B, project management principles
• Comfort with technical tasks like spreadsheets; team player, flexible, adaptable

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot)
• WordPress or similar experience
• Strong analytical/research skills, attention to detail
