Sales Executive (Fintech): Revolutionizing payments by closing large-scale, customized payment solutions for enterprise clients with an accent on strategic prospecting, deal structuring, and complex negotiation. Location: Remote (USA). Individual pay is determined by work location within the US.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 a year (base salary only).

What you will do

  • Architect and execute a strategic territory plan, owning sales forecast accuracy and demand generation.
  • Lead complex negotiation processes for high-value enterprise contracts.
  • Partner with Product, Risk, Legal, and Engineering to design customized payment solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for market disruption and value-added integration.
  • Consistently deliver results under pressure, managing multiple high-priority accounts.
  • Stay at the forefront of Fintech and Open Banking trends to drive customer-led innovation.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise field sales experience.
  • Mandatory background in payment acceptance, acquiring, or Fintech infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million dollar quotas.
  • Ability to understand complex API-based products and work with technical stakeholders.
  • Exceptional ability to influence and build deep relationships with C-level decision-makers.
  • Expertise in managing long, complex sales cycles (6–12+ months).
