TL;DR

Agency Development Manager (Adtech): Building and deepening strategic partnerships with North American agency holding companies and independent agencies with an accent on influence at the practice area and director level. Focus on driving revenue growth through agency enablement, education, and strategic partnership scaling.

Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office) in New York City (NYC), USA

Salary: Base $150,000 - $210,000 USD | Total OTE $215,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with assigned US agency holding companies, independents, and trading desks.
  • Engage agency leadership, including trading desk leads and programmatic heads, to champion hirify.global's value.
  • Drive agency enablement through trainings, demo days, workshops, and strategic roadshows.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to convert agency enthusiasm into measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Support and negotiate commercial agreements, including trading agreements and incentive structures.
  • Gather market intelligence and relay agency feedback to internal product, marketing, and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital advertising at a top-tier technology or media company.
  • Established relationships with directors and VPs at major US agency holding companies.
  • Deep knowledge of the agency ecosystem, including how trading desks and agency brands operate.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic agency partnerships.
  • Comfort with frequent travel (typically 2+ domestic trips per month).
  • Must be based in New York City (NYC) for the required hybrid schedule.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with programmatic or performance-focused agency buyers at major holding companies.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments building processes and strategy.
