TL;DR

National Sales Director (East) (Proptech): Driving revenue growth through sales of hardware and software solutions for rental housing industry with an accent on enterprise clients, ARR expansion, and complex deal cycles. Focus on prospecting new logos, nurturing C-suite relationships, and closing multi-stakeholder deals.

Location: United States, New York/Northeast territory. Must be willing and able to travel out of state for industry events and client meetings as needed.

Salary: $120,000 annually with potential OTE $240,000–$300,000.

What you will do

  • Establish and navigate buying committee relationships with enterprise accounts in assigned territory.
  • Lead discovery discussions to identify pain points and present tailored hardware, software, or service solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders, solutions architects, and account managers to build strategic plans and close deals.
  • Partner with solutions engineers for technical conversations and workflow integration.
  • Become expert in hirify.global solutions and smart home/property tech for consultative selling.
  • Attend industry events to drive engagement and product awareness.

Requirements

  • 4+ years enterprise B2B complex SaaS sales (land and expand)
  • Proven ability to close SaaS or hardware contracts over $100K
  • Experience with complex deal cycles and multi-threading with committees
  • Ability to build C-Suite/Executive/VP relationships and negotiate
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, and team collaboration
  • All-IN mentality, self-starter in fast-paced environment; willing to travel

Nice to have

  • Experience in multifamily residential housing industry
  • SaaS and hardware sales (IoT, smart home, access control, Wi-Fi)
  • Training in Sandler, Challenger, SPIN or other consultative styles
