What you will do
- Lead creative kickoffs, owning briefs and aligning expectations for all major projects.
- Manage day-to-day digital ad production and multi-format asset variations.
- Evaluate and improve creative workflows to increase team velocity and output quality.
- Research, test, and implement new project management tools and automation solutions.
- Maintain asset operations using Notion and Airtable, including version tracking and folder architecture.
- Partner with legal teams to ensure assets are reviewed and approved.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
- Proficiency with PM tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
- High attention to detail regarding quality assurance and asset management.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US-specific legal mentions).

- Airtable and Notion admin experience.
