What you will do

• Lead creative kickoffs, owning briefs and aligning expectations for all major projects.
• Manage day-to-day digital ad production and multi-format asset variations.
• Evaluate and improve creative workflows to increase team velocity and output quality.
• Research, test, and implement new project management tools and automation solutions.
• Maintain asset operations using Notion and Airtable, including version tracking and folder architecture.
• Partner with legal teams to ensure assets are reviewed and approved.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative environment.
• Proficiency with PM tools such as Airtable, Notion, Wrike, Monday, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
• High attention to detail regarding quality assurance and asset management.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by 401k and US-specific legal mentions).
