Project Manager

TL;DR

Project Manager (Wind Energy): Planning, overseeing, and leading wind farm projects from ideation through completion with an accent on contract management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on monitoring progress, controlling expenses and schedules, and delivering complex technical projects on time and within scope.

Location: West Branch, IA, US. Must be able to work in Canada with no company sponsorship and obtain a US passport. Ability to travel to domestic and international project sites required. Driving license required.

Salary: $95k–$110k USD yearly with up to 15% bonus

What you will do

• Manage Turbine Supply Agreements and fulfill project contract requirements.
• Develop project budgets with Finance and monitor variations during execution.
• Track progress of services like transportation, erection, and commissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and prepare status reports for management.
• Control budgeted expenses, schedules, and projected returns.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as Project Manager in construction, manufacturing, plant engineering, or wind energy; turnkey projects preferred
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Experience delivering complex projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; ability to work under limited supervision with urgency.
• Fluent English (speak and understand); commitment to safety protocols
