What you will do
- Build scalable processes for Tier 1 campaigns across Verticals, partnering early on timelines and briefings before handing off execution.
- Lead end-to-end project management for Brand-led campaigns, including planning, creative execution, launch, and retrospectives.
- Drive alignment across Marketing, Brand, Creative, Verticals, and external partners for timely handoffs and decisions.
- Manage tools and leverage AI for brief writing, workflow automations, and efficiency gains.
- Integrate video production into campaign workflows and identify process improvements.
- Support Brand planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and translating strategies into executable plans.
Requirements
- Permanent US work authorization.
- 8+ years in project management or strategic operations.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional marketing campaigns.
- Proven process building in ambiguous environments.
- Strong project management, stakeholder influence, and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for AI and emerging tech in marketing operations.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or related.
- Experience in matrixed marketing organizations.
- Familiarity with creative production (video, design).
- Asana and Figma experience.
