What you will do

• Manage the CEO's operating cadence, including priority tracking, KR monitoring, and decision logs.
• Execute special cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build scalable internal systems, including dashboards, templates, and operating playbooks.
• Drive 0→1 initiatives such as customer onboarding plans and KPI frameworks.
• Support enterprise deal execution, focusing on proposal hygiene, pricing models, and rollout plans.
• Operationalize compliance workflows, QA tracking, and audit-ready documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco for on-site work.
• High-agency operator capable of diagnosing problems and driving solutions end-to-end.
• Structured thinker with the ability to turn ambiguity into concrete plans and clear owners.
• 3–7 years of experience in demanding environments like startup ops, consulting, or fintech.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for drafting memos and project plans.
• Analytical proficiency in Excel/Sheets for basic modeling and KPI design.
