TL;DR

Technical Customer Success Manager (AI): Driving technical validation, onboarding, and early customer success for an AI recruiting operating system with an accent on ATS integrations and technical demo execution. Location: Must be based in the United States

Salary: $100K – $150K Base + $25K – $50K Commission

hirify.global is building an AI-powered recruiting operating system that orchestrates AI agents for sourcing and screening to eliminate fragmented talent workflows.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end product demos, discovery, and technical validation for various buyer personas.
  • Lead the technical onboarding process and manage POCs to ensure fast time-to-value for customers.
  • Support and validate ATS integration patterns using APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, and SCIM.
  • Collaborate with Sales to align demo strategies with buyer pain points and technical requirements.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing actionable feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and identify risks or expansion opportunities within the customer base.

Requirements

  • 3-8+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical CSM within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving pre-sales technical workflows, including demos and POCs.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML, SCIM, and data mappings.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills with executive presence.
  • Experience thriving in high-ownership, fast-paced startup environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, or BambooHR.
  • Experience managing security reviews and enterprise implementation constraints.
  • Prior exposure to AI-enabled products or data-heavy automation workflows.
