What you will do

• Define the fintech stack strategy and lead critical build vs. partner decisions across multiple time horizons.
• Manage and deepen relationships with core BaaS partners to ensure integrations are stable and scalable.
• Identify capability gaps and drive technical solutions through internal teams or external partnerships.
• Align partner capabilities with the product roadmap and influence future strategic decisions.
• Evaluate and onboard new partners to expand the company's product offerings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for fintech partners across product, engineering, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, with significant time building fintech products (e.g., card issuance, bank accounts, payments).
• Deep understanding of the money ecosystem, including payment rails, processors, and bank cores.
• Direct experience working with BaaS partners such as Stripe, Unit, Marqeta, Lithic, or similar.
• Proven track record of owning both partnership relationships and technical implementations.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to navigate complex technical and business tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with external executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with brokerage or trading infrastructure.
• Project management experience specifically in BaaS partner migrations.
• Existing relationships and experience working with sponsor banks.
• In-depth knowledge of financial compliance requirements and build vs. buy considerations.
