What you will do

• Own end-to-end proposal and RFP process from intake to submission and follow-up
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Sales, Strategic Alliances, Product Marketing, and other teams
• Build and maintain centralized content library with standard responses and templates
• Draft, edit, QA, and customize proposals for enterprise accounts
• Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
• Track performance, analyze RFP trends, and lead continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in proposal management in B2B/enterprise sales
• Proven ownership of end-to-end RFP processes and cross-functional coordination
• Strong writing and editing skills for enterprise proposals
• Experience building/managing content libraries
• Experience with AI tools for writing and workflow efficiency
• Systems-oriented mindset for high-growth environments
