What you will do

• Drive test operation KPIs across quality, cost, and delivery.
• Provide engineering support for daily test operations to ensure continuous supply chain and customer delivery.
• Qualify new test hardware and facilities at subcontractor factories.
• Collaborate with business line engineering, test designers, and OSAT partners on yield improvement and cost reduction.
• Debug ATE test programs (Advantest, Teradyne, etc.) and perform test data analysis.
• Provide technical expertise and support for test procedures at OSAT.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Semiconductor Product and Test Engineering.
• Experience with ATE testers, handlers, or probers.
• Knowledge of Digital, Analog, RF Cellular, Bluetooth, and WiFi Testing.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively within multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
