What you will do

  • Architect complete production lines and machines focusing on efficiency and scalability.
  • Define and maintain software architecture strategies to balance short- and long-term business objectives.
  • Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to align development roadmaps with market demands.
  • Lead the integration of software and electrical components for high-precision mechatronic systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic input to project leadership and management.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and cost-benefit evaluations using modern technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, preferably in manufacturing automation or test equipment.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in a Software Architect role.
  • Strong knowledge of modern manufacturing equipment design methodologies.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and translating technical concepts into business value.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to support engineering team growth.
