What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures for Manufacturing IT, covering functional, integration, data, and security aspects.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear technical concepts and specifications.
• Define architecture decisions and tradeoffs, balancing global standards with production realities.
• Define integration patterns and data flows across Manufacturing IT, IT/OT, and enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to shape scalable solutions.
• Contribute to reference architectures and applied technology initiatives such as PoCs and pilots.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software architecture, integration patterns, and data design.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured technical solutions.
• Must be based in Poland
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Manufacturing systems (MES, Quality, shopfloor integration, IT/OT).
• Awareness of industrial security and compliance frameworks (e.g. IEC 62443, NIST).
• Familiarity with modern delivery practices (DevOps, CI/CD, cloud, containers).
