What you will do

• Author architecture design documents, including data flows and system diagrams, to drive technical implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define technology strategy roadmaps and align business capabilities with system architecture.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate client-specific requirements into standard product features.
• Define solution architecture visions for designated components to meet both near-term and long-term client goals.
• Provide mentorship to internal teams on business use cases and support the implementation process.
• Act as a trusted customer advocate to ensure successful adoption of core data management offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• Strong working knowledge of US healthcare data, including Medical/Pharmacy Claims, Membership, and Clinical data.
• Proven experience in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Experience translating business needs into technology solutions within the payer or healthcare data space.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and customer needs.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Provider (EHR) data formats including FHIR, X-12, HL-7, and CCDA/CDA.
• Familiarity with CMS Interoperability Mandates and related API technologies.
• Experience with Utilization Management, Care Management, or Disease Management systems.
