TL;DR
Marketing Project Coordinator (Sales Enablement): Own the sales-enablement workstream of 's Google Cloud Co-op campaign across CEE and Nordics – from sourcing and managing SDR agency to packaging campaign content into sales-ready assets. Focus on coordinating multiple agencies, ensuring branding and Co-op compliance, budget discipline, reporting, and connecting marketing outputs to pipeline generation.
Location: Remote – EU required, CEE preferred

What you will do
- Own SDR agency management: source, contract, and oversee outbound operations in campaign markets.
- Package campaign content (interviews, reports, playbooks) into sales collateral like emails, landing pages, newsletters, one-pagers.
- Coordinate copy, design, and dev agencies to deliver on-time, branded, Co-op compliant assets.
- Track workstream budget, provide weekly reporting, and maintain audit-ready Proof of Execution documentation.
- Ensure marketing outputs drive real sales conversations and pipeline.
Requirements
- EU location required (CEE preferred)
- 2+ years coordinating multiple projects/people/tasks in parallel
- Experience with outbound sales, SDR motions, or lead generation
- Comfort with spreadsheets, project management tools, fast-paced environments
- Excellent English, written and verbal
- Ability to deliver in unknown environments
