Salary: $900-$1,500 USD a month. Contracted role as self-employed contractor.

What you will do
- Own day-to-day project coordination for paid media accounts, tracking launches, creative deadlines, reporting, and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end campaign launch workflows including brief intake, QA, platform setup, and go-live verification.
- Maintain project management tools like Asana with task ownership, deadlines, and status updates.
- Coordinate weekly/monthly reporting cycles and client onboarding processes.
- Serve as operational point of contact for clients and facilitate communication between media buyers, creatives, and analytics.
- Track campaign pacing, budgets, and timelines, flagging risks proactively.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of project management or account coordination experience, preferably in paid media agency or performance marketing.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager for campaign structure, creative specs, and reporting basics.
- Exceptional attention to detail managing multiple accounts and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, proficient in Asana or equivalent and G-Suite.
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones under tight deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with familiarity in paid media metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CAC.
