What you will do
- Lead the planning, scoping, and delivery of multiple large-scale marketing projects, including website builds and digital campaigns.
- Manage and coach a team of 3–6 project managers, setting performance standards and conducting reviews.
- Monitor and optimize resource capacity for creative teams to reduce bottlenecks and ensure on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with VP and ELT-level stakeholders to align priorities, triage risks, and facilitate trade-off discussions.
- Develop project documentation, roadmaps, and scalable SOPs to improve operational visibility.
- Champion the adoption and continuous improvement of project management and creative optimization tools.
Requirements
- 7+ years of advanced experience in project or program management.
- 3+ years managing website and digital marketing projects with a strong understanding of campaign workflows.
- 3+ years of experience as a people manager, including hiring and professional development.
- Proven ability to develop scalable processes and optimize workflows for large cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams).
- Must be based in the United States
Nice to have
- 5+ years of experience in Higher Education, Creative Agency, or Online Program Management (OPM).
- PMP, Agile, or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront, specifically resource capacity planning features.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies including SEO, UX, and social media.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
