What you will do

• Lead recruitment for assigned teams, partnering with stakeholders to create hiring roadmaps, align processes, and train interviewers.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights, expertise, and data-driven recommendations.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines tailored to team needs.
• Use data and tools to improve hiring efficiency, funnel performance, and KPIs like time-to-hire and fill rate.
• Collaborate with TA team to share best practices and solve hiring challenges.

Requirements

• Previous recruitment experience.
• Confidence partnering with senior hiring managers and leading processes.
• Advocacy for excellent candidate experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced international environment with global collaboration.
• Data-oriented with sharing of pipeline insights and metrics.
• Ability to make immediate impact in fixed-term role.
• Clear verbal and written communication in English with stakeholders.
