What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers to shape role briefs, challenge assumptions, and set searches up for success.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring high-quality touchpoints from outreach to offer.
  • Optimize Lever ATS workflows, including pipeline hygiene, reporting, and automation.
  • Integrate AI tools into sourcing, screening, market mapping, and candidate communication.
  • Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and calibrate scorecards to ensure hiring quality.
  • Track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate NPS to improve processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in talent acquisition within high-growth tech or fintech environments.
  • Proven business partner mindset with the ability to influence hiring decisions and challenge briefs.
  • Deep fluency in Lever or comparable ATS platforms, with a focus on workflows and data integrity.
  • Active literacy and use of AI tools within the recruiting workflow.
  • Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Must be based in Spain, Poland, Greece, or Serbia.
