What you will do
- Manage the full hiring life cycle.
- Identify and implement efficient recruiting strategies aligned with best practices.
- Own the sourcing strategy to proactively identify, engage, and attract top candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs.
- Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience.
- Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve processes.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
- A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
- Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
