What you will do

• Manage the full hiring life cycle.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand business objectives and hiring needs.
• Create a personalized, high-quality candidate experience.
• Apply data-driven insights to advise hiring teams and continuously improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a high-tech/startup company.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for technical roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers to drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong negotiation tactics.
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset, with a proven ability to build strong relationships.
• Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in both English and Hebrew.
