What you will do

  • Drive outbound sales to identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers and e-commerce brands.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing mid-market and enterprise deals.
  • Lead negotiations on pricing, deal structure, and expansion opportunities.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver tailored hirify.global solutions via pitches and demos.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking to boost brand visibility in UK and Ireland.

Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker with professional, persuasive communication.
  • Proven B2B sales track record managing full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing high-value deals.
  • Structured value-based selling using frameworks like MEDDPICC to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in partner-dense ecosystems, collaborating with integrations for customer value.
  • Self-starter mindset, persistent in fast-paced environment, thriving on deal-closing and relationship-building.

Nice to have

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, CRM, or digital marketing.
