What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales and Key Accounts Managers to ensure high performance and accountability.
- Own sales strategy for revenue growth, customer retention, and identifying new opportunities in motor dealer ecosystem.
- Drive transition from traditional inside-sales to scalable e-commerce model, defining customer journeys and digital funnels.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation, and with product teams on feedback integration.
- Oversee key accounts relationships, negotiations, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Manage sales forecasting, pipeline, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading multi-team sales organizations with inside-sales and account-management.
- Success driving commercial change, especially to digital or e-commerce-led models.
- Strong leadership to coach managers and influence cross-functional teams.
- Commercially astute with analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, motor dealer, or vehicle data sector.
- Familiarity with SaaS, subscription models, or data-driven products.
- Experience working with marketing on digital acquisition and customer lifecycle.
