What you will do
- Lead and coach a team of Outbound Field Account Executives to deliver a customer-first sales experience.
- Drive field activity, including prospecting, walk-ins, and live demonstrations.
- Manage new business targets and expand customer territories.
- Utilize Salesforce to track forecasting, conversion rates, and team activity metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, implementation, and account management teams.
- Hire and build the field sales team to meet increasing demand.
Requirements
- Experience hiring, leading, and coaching Field Account Executives.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for reporting and forecasting.
- Must be based in London.
- Experience in outbound sales is mandatory.
