TL;DR

Senior Field Sales Manager (SaaS): Driving profitable sales growth for tax, accounting, and audit solutions within assigned territories with an accent on consultative selling and account expansion. Location: Must be based in a remote home office within the Mountain or Central Time Zones (USA)

Salary: $57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Execute the sales process using a consultative strategy to drive growth in assigned territories.
  • Manage and grow accounts, maintaining a healthy pipeline via Salesforce.com.
  • Drive new business through proactive prospecting, industry events, and group presentations.
  • Retain and expand existing business through regular engagement and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain an Annual Business Plan with accurate forecasts and projections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including formal sales training.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility for up to 10% travel in territory for client visits and team meetings.

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with SaaS or information services.
  • Prior sales experience in the Tax & Accounting industry.
  • Familiarity with Tax and/or Accounting concepts and terminology.
  • Recognition for top performance (e.g., President’s Club).
