Location: Must be based in a remote home office within the Mountain or Central Time Zones (USA)
Salary: $57,400.00 - $98,350.00 USD + Commission

What you will do
- Execute the sales process using a consultative strategy to drive growth in assigned territories.
- Manage and grow accounts, maintaining a healthy pipeline via Salesforce.com.
- Drive new business through proactive prospecting, industry events, and group presentations.
- Retain and expand existing business through regular engagement and upselling/cross-selling.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into product enhancements.
- Develop and maintain an Annual Business Plan with accurate forecasts and projections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including formal sales training.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility for up to 10% travel in territory for client visits and team meetings.
Nice to have
- 5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience with SaaS or information services.
- Prior sales experience in the Tax & Accounting industry.
- Familiarity with Tax and/or Accounting concepts and terminology.
- Recognition for top performance (e.g., President’s Club).
