hirify.global is a fast-growing European startup revolutionizing enterprise finance and cash flow management with a financial operating system.

What you will do

  • Own the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals with CFOs and Group Treasurers.
  • Execute a high-intensity outbound strategy, making 100 calls per week.
  • Manage a "Golden List" of 500 pre-selected strategic accounts, including tech scale-ups and travel industry leaders.
  • Position proprietary connectivity as a solution to connectivity costs, focusing on high transactional volume accounts.
  • Refine the go-to-market strategy by identifying market triggers for rapid deployment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in B2B sales, ideally as a top-performing SDR or Junior AE in a high-growth Fintech or SaaS environment.
  • Native or near-native English is a must for selling to international markets (UK, DACH, Nordics).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics is preferred.
  • Comfortable discussing global payment rails (SWIFT, SEPA), treasury workflows, and ERP integrations.
  • Ability to structure complex financial solutions into simple narratives.
  • High tolerance for rejection and persistence.

Nice to have

  • A third European language is a significant plus.
