What you will do

  • Source leads and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Make 30-50 outbound cold calls daily.
  • Manage customer accounts and drive card spend.
  • Work towards and hit sales targets.
  • Learn about products, customers, sales techniques, and the payments industry.
  • Shadow top performers and interact with various teams.

Requirements

  • Record of success in customer service, sports, or extracurricular activities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic and personable character with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to be successful.
  • Work from Brighton, UK, 5 days per week.
