Location: London office twice a week with the rest home-working (must be able to attend London office).

What you will do

• Manage and deliver projects and pilot initiatives tackling skills gaps in creative industries.
• Coordinate meetings, boards, and stakeholder engagement with senior industry and public sector leaders.
• Prepare reports, insights, and recommendations using data to evaluate impact.
• Analyse performance and measure success of initiatives.
• Deliver events, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

• Experience managing projects or programmes.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of the creative industries.
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Analytical mindset with reporting experience.
• Experience delivering events or workshops.
