TL;DR

Talent Acquisition Associate: Support the recruitment team with day-to-day hiring activities, candidate shortlisting, and job requisition management with an accent on creating positive candidate experiences and accurate reporting. Focus on overseeing onboarding processes, updating job adverts, and analyzing recruitment data to improve strategies.

Location: Hybrid in Warsaw, Poland (two days per week in the office)

What you will do

• Review applications and shortlist candidates meeting job requirements
• Manage candidate experience from initial contact to final interaction
• Oversee job requisition process including validation, budget, and approvals
• Upload and update job adverts on job boards, social media, and careers site
• Initiate and monitor onboarding for new hires
• Create regular reports on recruitment status and market insights

Requirements

• Fluency in English and languages relevant to the Polish market
• Experience in a global organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience with online Talent Acquisition Tracking platforms (Workday preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ownership mindset, problem-solving, and continuous learning attitude
