What you will do

• Source candidates proactively using multiple channels to build relevant pipelines for sales roles.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess experience and motivation.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from first contact to offer stage.
• Communicate daily with international clients and candidates in English and Russian.
• Build and improve sourcing strategies, including automation and process optimization.
• Maintain structured tracking of candidates and pipelines across multiple roles.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Fluent Russian and strong English proficiency.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience building candidate pipelines.
• Commercial mindset and ability to position roles and companies effectively.
