What you will do

• Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders, providing market data and search recommendations.
• Source candidates using resume databases, Boolean searches, networking, and proprietary software.
• Engage candidates via phone, email, and social media, articulating value propositions and preparing them for interviews.
• Assess candidates through phone interviews, skills testing, background checks, and reference reviews.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offers, negotiate counter-offers, and maintain candidate engagement.
• Deliver service excellence with compliance adherence, reporting, and proactive communication.

Requirements

• Be based in Hungary (HU) or Poland (PL)
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, management, HR or related field strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Experience with ATS and social media recruitment tools.
• Proficient in Boolean search techniques and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
