What you will do

• Own P&L for assigned titles in the publishing portfolio
• Set strategic direction and translate into concrete plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Product Marketing, Publishing Operations, and Community
• Collaborate with external development studios to deliver on targets
• Drive results from signing through launch and live operations

Requirements

• Location: Stockholm
• 5+ years in gaming product management, business, or publishing
• Solid understanding of business management and marketing
• Experience working with external studios or partners
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Strong project management skills
• Comfort with financial planning and P&L ownership
• Excellent communication skills
