What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive pipeline strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives across EMEA.
  • Manage campaigns including KPIs, monitoring, optimization using Test-Learn-Optimize approach, and execution across GTM teams and partners.
  • Handle event strategy, selection, and execution for sponsored in-person and virtual events targeting key audiences.
  • Create marketing collateral in collaboration with product, content, and creative teams based on campaign needs.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with sales, partner, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
  • Monitor performance, analyze data for pipeline and revenue impact, and drive continuous optimization and follow-up.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of marketing experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong background in digital, direct, and channel marketing with full funnel understanding from strategy to outcomes
  • Outstanding analytical skills, data literacy, and ability to drive pipeline that closes won
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to dynamic priorities
  • Arabic speaker
