Events Marketing Manager (AI): Managing the full events and community marketing lifecycle to generate qualified pipeline and build brand authority in the AI infrastructure space with an accent on strategy, end-to-end execution, and lead lifecycle management. Focus on optimizing event ROI, building strategic community partnerships, and integrating event leads into the sales pipeline.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Tuesday to Thursday in the office

What you will do

  • Own the annual events calendar, prioritizing activities based on pipeline opportunity and commercial rationale.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, venue selection, branding, and on-site coordination.
  • Oversee the full lead lifecycle, from pre-event outreach to structured post-event follow-up and sales handoff.
  • Develop community and side events, such as panels and customer roundtables, to deepen industry relationships.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams to execute co-marketing activations and VIP customer hospitality events.
  • Report on event performance using pipeline as the primary metric, including ROI and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in events or community marketing, preferably in AI, cloud, or tech sectors.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end events across various formats.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure and report on pipeline and ROI.
  • Experience managing lead nurture campaigns and structured sales hand-offs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance (Tuesday-Thursday).

Nice to have

  • Experience at major AI/tech events like GTC or SuperComputing.
  • Background in building engaged audiences within technical or AI-adjacent spaces.
  • Experience with co-marketing and partner events with large technology vendors.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead tracking and campaign sequencing.
