Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - Tuesday to Thursday in the office

What you will do
- Own the annual events calendar, prioritizing activities based on pipeline opportunity and commercial rationale.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including logistics, venue selection, branding, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee the full lead lifecycle, from pre-event outreach to structured post-event follow-up and sales handoff.
- Develop community and side events, such as panels and customer roundtables, to deepen industry relationships.
- Collaborate with Partnerships and Sales teams to execute co-marketing activations and VIP customer hospitality events.
- Report on event performance using pipeline as the primary metric, including ROI and meetings booked.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in events or community marketing, preferably in AI, cloud, or tech sectors.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end events across various formats.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure and report on pipeline and ROI.
- Experience managing lead nurture campaigns and structured sales hand-offs.
- Exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Must be based in London, UK for hybrid office attendance (Tuesday-Thursday).
Nice to have
- Experience at major AI/tech events like GTC or SuperComputing.
- Background in building engaged audiences within technical or AI-adjacent spaces.
- Experience with co-marketing and partner events with large technology vendors.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM for lead tracking and campaign sequencing.
