What you will do

• Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles and ensure alignment across teams.
• Own and maintain OKR tools in Jira, including administration, documentation, and support.
• Develop real-time dashboards and executive reporting for department-level tracking.
• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual effort and drive quarterly compliance.
• Lead change management initiatives and identify and address process gaps.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and mid-level management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or project management, preferably within software development or tech industries.
• Strong practical experience and administration skills in Jira and Confluence.
• Familiarity with OKRs or other structured goal-setting frameworks.
• Experience working in high-scale environments with 1,000+ people.
• Ability to design and improve business processes and coordinate complex workflows.
• Clear, structured communication skills for stakeholders at various organizational levels.
