Project Manager (IT)

TL;DR

Project Manager (IT): Coordinating the delivery of high-quality internal IT initiatives and services within the Global IT PMO team with an accent on cross-functional team coordination and stakeholder management. Focus on managing end-to-end project lifecycles using various methodologies and ensuring alignment between technical teams and business goals.

Location: Hybrid (Belgrade, Serbia). This role is not eligible for relocation or immigration support.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within the Global IT domain.
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams across different global locations.
• Plan and control project timelines, scope, priorities, and deliverables.
• Apply and adapt PM methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and roadmaps in both Russian and English.
• Drive clear communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager within IT or related areas.
• Strong understanding of classical Project Management principles and PMI standards.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall frameworks.
• Excellent planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher level required.

Nice to have

• Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Experience working in a PMO or enterprise IT environment.
• Fluent Russian.
