What you will do

• Connect clients to the aggregator platform and coordinate integrations with game providers.
• Provide full support for client setup requests and technical onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate project records using technical and operational documentation.
• Manage tasks and communication via Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to resolve client issues and setup-related requests.
• Monitor integration progress to ensure timely completion of activities.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming, technical support, or a similar operational role.
• English proficiency: B1 level or higher
• Russian language skills: B1 level or higher
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, Gmail, and GitLab.
