What you will do
- Lead and manage a cross-functional team of product designers, UX writers, and researchers.
- Develop design processes and operational infrastructure for high-value advisor experiences on the Salesforce platform.
- Solve undefined problem spaces by taking a holistic product experience point of view.
- Communicate design rationale to stakeholders and VPs using storytelling techniques to build trust.
- Optimize team capacity and prioritize efforts based on impact and success metrics.
- Foster a culture of shared accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, UI/UX, Web Product Design, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of related experience, with 5+ years in UX/Product design and 3+ years in a managerial role.
- Experience designing user experiences using Salesforce platform capabilities (low-code/no-code).
- Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Enterprise stakeholders to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
- Experience in talent management, including recruiting, hiring, and professional development.
- Proficiency with design systems and agile practices within a product team model.
Nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in financial services, specifically wealth management or financial advisor experiences.
- Advanced strategic design thinking skills to contribute to overall organizational strategy.
