What you will do

• Lead the design of user-facing agentic workflows for tax and accounting professionals, including predictive UX and conversational interfaces.
• Develop high-fidelity interactive prototypes and simulations to accelerate design-to-delivery collaboration.
• Collaborate with research partners to conduct comprehensive user research and usability tests focused on decision confidence.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations and maintain cohesive design systems.
• Mentor junior team members and align design goals with business objectives within an empowered product team.
• Ensure all designs adhere to financial data privacy, security, and WCAG accessibility standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the role plus 1+ year in AI Innovation.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered user experiences for enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, automation principles, ML concepts, and systems design.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Proficiency in planning and analyzing comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
• Working knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS) and component-based systems.

• Experience in enterprise UX for regulated domains, specifically tax planning, compliance, or accounting.
