What you will do

• Lead design for core product areas like insurance, safety, and repairs across mobile and web platforms
• Own 0→1 product initiatives from ambiguous opportunities to intuitive user experiences
• Partner with research, product, data, and engineering teams to turn insights into high-impact designs
• Build and evolve scalable design systems for consistency and visual excellence
• Apply emerging technologies including AI to improve usability, personalization, and efficiency
• Contribute to product strategy and influence cross-functional decisions

Requirements

• 12+ years of product design experience across mobile and web, ideally in consumer products
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality UX, visual design, and shipped products at scale
• Proven end-to-end design leadership from discovery to launch and iteration
• Experience building design systems in collaboration with engineering
• Strong user research, product strategy, and data-informed design skills
• Excellent communication to align cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
